Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sustainandlive@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send you a full replacement or issue a complete refund — no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: personal care and beauty products, perishable goods, custom or personalized items, and sale items.
